ATS Technical Support Services

ATS offers a range of support services aimed mostly at the home and business. Listed below are some of our most common flat-rate services. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, or if you do not see the service you desire listed.


Basic Maintenance Service - $50

Our Basic Maintenance Service removes malicious software such as privacy-invading spyware, annoying adware, and dangerous keyloggers/rootkits. We also include some maintenance tasks intended to extend the service life of your computer.

Tax is applicable if any parts must be replaced or installed in the computer during the service.


Advanced Maintenance Service - $75

Our Advanced Maintenance Service includes everything covered under the Basic Maintenance package and also tests your computer's power supply unit for reliability. We will also make a full backup of your data.

Tax is applicable if ATS must provide external media for the backup data or if any parts must be replaced or installed in the computer during the service.


System Data Backup Service - $40

Our data backup service tests your hard drive for reliability and performance in addition to creating a system image.

Service is taxable if ATS must provide removable storage for the system image.


System Data Restoration - $30

Our System Data Restoration Service covers basic HDD integrity checks and maintenance tasks in addition to the restoration of your system's data from a system image file.

Tax is generally not applicable for this service.


Windows Password Recovery - $40

Forgot your password? Locked out of your computer? Our Windows Password Recovery Service should have you back and running in a jiffy.

Tax is generally not applicable for this service.


Diagnostics - $20

This fee is a service charge covering general diagnostic services when repairs are either not necessary or not desired at the time of service.

Tax is usually not applicable unless accompanied by other products and/or services.
