Warranty Information:
All Alaridtech hardware is guaranteed in parts and workmanship for one year after purchase. We will be glad to replace or fix any unexpected issue during this period. We offer a 1 year replacement/repair warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We offer refunds or exchanges only within the first 14 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return within 14 days for refund or replacement. All returns must be "pre-approved" by our Service Department. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our Service Department. Return shipping will determined by an individual case basis. Original shipping is not refundable. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.
